The CAS offers you the advantage of working with Penn Mutual’s excellent training and tools, with direction and support from top Field Leaders. The CAS is ideal for financial professionals who want to leverage the support of our historically strong and stable organization.
You can also access our tools and support through the Independence Financial Network (IFN). Working with the IFN gives you many of the advantages of working with a large mutual life insurance company, along with the freedom to manage your practice independently.
If you are an experienced financial professional with a desire to grow your leadership skills, you can work with us through our management development tracks. These career paths give you the opportunity to improve your abilities as a leader and help other financial professionals build their businesses successfully.
You can also become a registered representative, working with our wholly owned subsidiary, Hornor, Townsend & Kent, Inc. (HTK), Registered Investment Advisor and Member FINRA/SIPC. HTK helps financial professionals serve the overall planning, accumulation, distribution and protection needs of their clients, with the belief that life insurance is central to any sound financial plan. HTK is focused on becoming the premier broker/dealer of choice for insurance-based financial professionals.
